    Here first we need to find 'Work'.


    The given:

    Work (W) = ?


    Power (P) = ?


    mass (m)= 42.0 kg convert in to Force (F) = 411.6 N


    displacement (d) = 0.25 meters



    Step 2 :  

    W = F * d.


    W = 411.6 * 0.250 ,


    W = 102.9 J


    Power :


     


    P = W / T .


    P = 102.0 / 2.0



    Answer  :  

    Power = 51.5 watts
