1= 1 × number of dollars $\Rightarrow$ 1 × ND



Step 2 :  

Coins: 100 =100 × number of cents $\Rightarrow$ 100 × N

20 = 20 × number of cents $\Rightarrow$ 20 × NC

    Step 1 :  

    Given $\$100$= $\$100$ ×5 = $\$500$; $\$50$ = $\$50$ × 2 = $\$100$; $\$20$ = $\$20$ × 4 =$\$80$; $\$10$ = $\$10$ × 2 = $\$20$;



    Step 2 :  

    Coins 100c = 100c × 5 = 500c; 50c = 50c × 3 = 150c;



    Step 3 :  

    Total money = number of dollars and number of cents => Total money = $\$500$+ $\$100$+$\$80$+$\$20$+500c+150c;



    Answer  :  

    $706.5

    Step 2 :
